BTS superstar, Jin to begin mandatory military service in South Korea in December
K-pop star, Jin, will begin his mandatory military service on December 13. This was after a source broke the news to fans on Friday.
According to the report, Jin will be in service at the Yeoncheon army base in the northern part of Gyeonggi province.
Jin did not deny the claims in his recent comments. However, he stated that his fans should not come out to the training field in order to stay safe.

Jin’s service constitute a five week basic training before being assigned to a unit.
In 2020, South Korea passed a bill which allowed pop stars like Jin to defer thier mandatory service until they are 30.
